Recruitment Process

At Astral We hire the best talent and provide them with unrivalled opportunities to grow and have world-shaping impact. We have separate recruitment processes for different positions available. Campus recruitment is a popular way of selecting consultants while experienced professionals are selected for different roles based on their experience and profile.


We carry out recruitment basically using two ways Campus recruitment and Recruitment through portals. Thus in both the ways we follow five simple steps to success.


Submit Resume: Candidates willing to make a career with astral need to submit their resume to us, if we find the candidate suitable and we have an opening in our company we move the CV further in the recruitment process.

When to Apply: The best tenure to apply is when we have an opening for the particular role or designation. Other than that you may apply anytime, you will be approached depending upon our requirement and you potential.


Phone Screening: We will evaluate your fit for the position and our organization based on your application, questionnaire and phone screen responses. If you are a selected candidate, you will be asked to attend an on-site interview and undergo skills assessment testing.


Interview and Assessment: At Astral there are different level of interviews you have to undergo to check your knowledge, skill and attitude. Your interview and test scores will be assessed. If you are selected to move forward in the process. After this process is complete, your overall candidacy will be assessed.


Background and Reference Check: We do carry out Background and reference check for the shortlisted candidate to know his/her credentials in past organization, authentication of proofs submitted, Past behavior, future prospects of candidate, evaluate the competencies in candidate. If all your Background and Reference check is satisfactory then taking into consideration the above process, our core HR team makes the final decision. If you get selected the decision is communicated to you with all others specification.


Receive an Offer: After successfully completing these process if you are selected then you are made an offer after the prehire processes above are completed, then you will receive an offer letter.
